
REFUND POLICY
EXCELERATION ELITE Track Club, Inc. is committed to delivering high-quality track and field programs for youth athletes. We also understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To maintain fairness and transparency, the following refund policy applies:
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Full Refund: Cancellations received before January 10th will qualify for a full refund.​
Partial Refund: Cancellations received between January 11th and February 10th are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for late registrations, defined as any registration completed after January 31st.
Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases such as severe illness or injury, alternative arrangements may be considered, including:
Registration Transfer: Transferring the athlete’s registration to another individual or program.
Fee Credit: Applying the registration fee as credit for future programs or merchandise.
Refund Process
​To request a refund, submit a written request to nohaeri@excelerationelite.com, including the athlete’s name and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within seven business days and issued in the original form of payment, minus any transaction fees.
ADITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
Administrative Fees: A non-refundable administrative fee may apply to all registrations.
Unforeseen Circumstances: The club reserves the right to modify or waive the refund policy in cases such as natural disasters or program cancellations due to low enrollment.
